Does milestone close all related issues at end?

Post by yehonal » Wed Mar 16, 2016 1:51 am

I'm starting to use milestones for my project. However i would create a workflow/automation that follows there rules:

0) new issue
1) issue confirmed
2) working on issue
3) testing
4) ready for next release ( a dev assign this issue to a milestone )

when i "close" a milestone, then all related issue should automatically change their state from "ready for next release" to "fixed" ( and will be closed )

is it already implemented in buggenie? if yes, how can i setup this kind of workflow?

If I understand what you are saying then the answer is yes(well sort of). My last state for workflow sets the issue to closed and once it is closed it drops off the list of items displayed on the Agile Project Planning board(the sprint listed). Once all the items(stories) are closed no stories are left displaying in the sprint. What it does not do is close the sprint. If you want that done then you must hit the cog icon to the right of the sprint and select "marked as finished".
Let me know of this helps you or you need more information.
