Need Help Understanding Notifications - Is This Possible?

Hi gang!

First of all, thanks for such a great tool! I've been testing it for a while and it really is very powerful and easy to use. The one thing I'm having a hard time understanding is how to get the email notifications set up in the way that I would like...

Generally speaking, I'm the only one creating issues in my install. I have 3-5 people that I delegate these issues to based on the type of issue and what has to be done. I would like for TBG to send out an email notification to the assignee when an issue is assigned to them. I would also like for the project owner to receive an email notification when there are updates to my issues such as issues resolved or comments posted. I prefer that the users/teams that are associated with issues not receive a notification every time a new issue is created because it may not be pertinent to them. Only when the issue is assigned to them should they get an email.

Is this possible to do with the current 4.1 notifications scheme?
