Create ticket via email doesn't work

Post by NBloemendaal » Fri May 20, 2016 1:28 pm

Hello,

When I try to create a ticket via email, it seems that the mail is added to the queue, but it won't get processed.

This is the error I get when checking via command line:

sudo ./tbg_cli mailing:check_incoming
Checking for emails ...

[nameofproject (nameofaccount)] Processing (4 unprocessed)
[nameofproject (nameofaccount)] Will process up to 25 emails from this account
The following notice has stopped further execution:

Undefined property: stdClass::$parts
occured in
/var/www/pathtobuggenie/thebuggenie-4.1.0/modules/mailing/entities/IncomingEmailMessage.php, line 29

This is what line 29 looks like:

$this->recurse($structure->parts);

What do I need to fix to get this function to work?

Did you ever get this fixed? I have found that if someone emails thebuggenie it hangs up the check email script, and I have to manually check for mail. Well someone emailed something and it doesn't like it, now I'm getting the undefined property error. I'm still waiting to hear from the user to see what they had included with their email.
