Save my changes with this comment box

Is there a way to make it transparent for users not having to select the box "SAVE MY CHANGES WITH THIS COMMENT"? So, whenever they click on create comment, the changes/comment is automatically saved. I tried to find if there was a config for that, but could not find anything.
